The Creative Journey

Starts Here

In today’s highly digital and connected society, it’s funny to think people can still feel disconnected from others. With so many people who communicate online, behind screens, this connected world can actually feel rather lonely at times.

So, what is it that has people feeling a disconnect to others and the companies they do business with?
A lack of community...

A community provides people with a feeling of belonging and a network of other people they can connect with based on their shared interests and/ or characteristics. And that’s why so many brands today are beginning to invest in the creation of communities for their customers, employees, and fans — as part of a process called community management.

Who we are

Considered as the face of a company, a Community Manager is in charge of managing communications. A role which needs one to be digital savvy, we will be responsible for everything related to communications, social media, PR, content creations, and events, among many other things.

We assesses the effectiveness of actions which are made to engage the community, or how many people are reached by the company’s messages.

Communication with communities is not just limited to content delivery, but should also include obtaining information, engaging in specific initiatives, building relations within communities, and strengthening the sense of identification with a company, and a passionate Community Manager can do just the right job.

COMMUNITY MANAGER "a Jack of All Trades"

A Community Manager’s job is not limited to the four corners of the office and stops when office hours end; I love doing creative freelance work and continuously seek expertise by finding out various content not just in areas within my reach, but including the world outside the office, too.

It stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound.

Website design

Web designers ensure every site, page, and section they work on has a clear and definitive purpose that it aims to address. This could be anything from providing information and offering entertainment to allowing a type of interaction and completing a transaction.

Social Media Marketing (SMM) is the process of analyzing social media audiences and developing a strategy that’s tailored to them, creating and distributing content for social media profiles, monitoring online conversations, collaborating with influencers, providing community service, and monitoring, measuring, and reporting on social media performance

Content Marketing

Educates, entertains and grabs the attention of prospects and customers and results in leads, sales or advocacy.

Digital Marketing

Digital marketing, also called online marketing, is the promotion of brands to connect with potential customers using the internet and other forms of digital communication. This includes not only email, social media, and web-based advertising, but also text and multimedia messages as a marketing channel.
Essentially, if a marketing campaign involves digital communication, it's digital marketing.

Graphic Design

is a craft where professionals create visual content to communicate messages. By applying visual hierarchy and page layout techniques, designers use typography and pictures to meet users' specific needs and focus on the logic of displaying elements in interactive designs, to optimize the user experience.
